Nestled on the gleaming shoreline of Lake Livingston you'll find your favorite escape! Outdoor lovers will adore the home's close proximity to not only the water but also to the Sam Houston National Forest and Lake Livingston State Park.
After a day full of adventure, head for the spacious living room showcasing vaulted ceilings, an oversized sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. When you aren't hanging out here, walk out onto the adjacent lake-view balcony. When hunger arises, the open kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an in-kitchen dining table.
A haven of peace, the primary bedroom has its own private balcony, TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Ideal for rinsing off the day's sunscreen, this bathroom has a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The additional bedrooms are just as comfortable and kept cool thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. A separate laundry room and internet access round out the home's interior perks.
As the sun begins to dip over the horizon, head for the main balcony where you can dine al fresco while relishing all of the views.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
