Get ready to be WOWed! AT WATER'S EDGE is our newly updated lakefront home across from the 7th hole of the Ocotillo Golf Course. Spacious and elegant two-story home has 5 BRs and 3 BAs plus a pool with optional heat, spa, built-in BBQ and beverage fridge, propane fire pit and covered patio with lake and golf course views. The pool heat is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A putting green allows you to warm up your short shots before heading to the local courses. Two kayaks for guests to use on Ocotillo Lake can be launched from the home's private dock.
Our guests will love the peaceful setting; birdwatchers will enjoy the native and migrating birds that wade and swim in the lake. Ocotillo permits only non-gas powered watercraft and swimming is not allowed. The lake is stocked for our guests who enjoy catch and release fishing opportunities. The Ocotillo community is gated and offers a variety of recreational amenities that include golf, tennis, walking and bike paths and pickleball courts.
~ LUXURIOUS LIVING SPACES ~
The open floor plan has beautiful living spaces with a curved staircase that leads to an upstairs balcony overlooking the great room. The great room features plush seating for viewing the TV or chatting with friends. Bring your pool sharks to enjoy the game room with a pool table and electric fireplace. Wifi is complimentary.
The completely stocked kitchen is modern and efficient with newer appliances and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent. The dining area provides table seating for 10 with a view of the backyard paradise.
The primary suite, Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 plus 2 full baths are upstairs. ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. Four of five bedrooms have king beds; Bedroom 2 has 2 twin over double bunk beds. There are 2 outdoor balconies that overlook the pool, golf course and lake. One is off the primary suite; the other is accessed via Bedroom 4. Bring your binoculars to view the diverse populations of birds that appear on and around the lake.
The primary suite has an electric fireplace plus an en suite bath with a generous walk-in closet, dual vanity sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The shower features two overhead shower heads plus several side sprays for an enhanced and personalized showering experience. A TV is perfectly located in the bath so guests who are showering or soaking in the tub can stay up to date on news or team sports.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2 which is a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Bedroom 5 with a king bed and large desk is on the ground floor and shares Bathroom 3. Bathroom 3 features a walk-in shower and has a second door to the pool deck. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
Kids of all ages will love the second game room activities that include ping pong, skee-ball and a cozy gathering area with a TV. A dedicated laundry room has new appliances and is stocked with detergent. There is parking for 3 vehicles on the driveway.

Family friendly Chandler is the 4th largest city in Arizona and has many parks. Desert Breeze Park offers vintage train rides and a hummingbird habitat; Veterans Oasis Park features both wetlands and Sonoran desert topography. Tumbleweed Park includes a Playtopia playground with themed play zones.
Near the neighborhood are a variety of golfing, hiking, shopping and spring training choices. It's a short commute to Tonto National Forest, the Superstition Mountains and Gilbert Riparian Preserve. Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Usery Mountain Regional Park offer scenic adventures that are a short and easy commute on our modern highway system.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The pool heat is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
All TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
