Our property is conveniently located on an open water 1/2-acre lot on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ inside a BRAND-NEW LUXURY GATED COMMUNITY. Take the elevator up to your rooms for your convenience and relax in this newly built, elegant, modern 2-story home with indoor/outdoor floor plan. We are located on the most sought-after part of Lake LBJ minutes away from LBJ's newest lakeside restaurants. But this is a destination spot in itself, and you'll be hard pressed to want to go anywhere else. You may want to catch the game or some movies on the 75” HDTV in the giant 65 Ft wide open indoor/outdoor covered patio with a built-in fireplace. If you’re not into TV, walk into the connected beach-entry infinity pool and spa which is located right next to the lake and toast the sunset! Or just relax and catch some sun, drinks and conversation on the over-sized tanning ledge. If you feel like being more active, play some water volleyball in the protected lake area or play some shuffleboard, darts, ping pong and many other games in the huge, covered patio game area all while being 30’ from the beautiful LBJ lake front. You may want to enjoy some kayaking or Standup Paddle boarding. Also, enjoy a beautiful outdoor kitchen just a few steps away from the lake for your grilling needs!
IF ADDITIONAL SPACE IS NEEDED FOR YOUR GROUP, WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL ONE-BEDROOM STUDIO APARTMENT ON PROPERTY AVAILABLE TO RENT ONLY TO OUR GUESTS. The additional space is an 1,100 sq ft 1-bedroom studio apartment with a full bath and full kitchen, 1 King bed and a couch that is equivalent to a full-size bed. It is a smaller version of the main house. $495/night (Inc. taxes) plus cleaning fee of $150.

* RENT OUR 22' PONTOON BOAT AND TAKE A CRUIES TO SEE BEAUTIFUL LAKE LBJ. PULL-BEHIND TOYS ARE INCLUDED IF YOU WANT TO PLAY. $600/Day plus taxes, $200 fuel charge (Full refund if boat is return with a full tank).
NOTE: If you choose to rent the boat and/or the studio apartment, I will send you a payment request after you book your stay.
If you prefer to bring your own boat or Jet Ski’s, we have 2 Boat Lifts, one for up to 6,500 lbs. v-drive and wake board boat and one Dual Jet Ski Lift. We also have Mooring Whips to tie up most any boat safely to the dock. Private boat ramp located within The Drace.
We provide FREE: 2 Kayaks (one single-seater and one 2-seater) and 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards.
POOL HEATED OR CHILLED!
The pool is heated or chilled for free using a heat pump! Heating the pool using our propane heater is optional for an extra fee. Please inquire for exact costs.

You’ll love our large open concept home. The open concept living room/dining/kitchen has gorgeous 18’ vaulted ceilings with glass wall facing the lake giving you the best view on the water! It has a surround sound TV area, 12-seater dining table and adjacent island for additional seating. If you love to cook you will enjoy the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a double fridge for more than enough storage and beautiful granite counter tops.
FOR THE KIDDOS…..
We have a bunk room suite that opens directly into the 800 square feet of dedicated game room space of the covered patio noted above. The bunk room has comfy and cozy bunk beds and its own large flat screen TV with games.
