3 Schlafzimmer Haus in Elephant Butte
We have a nice private Lake House with 2 Large Rooms and a smaller private room that can sleep up to 14-18 people.
It has a full kitchen and 1 full bathroom with tub and shower and another 1/2 bath with a toilet in the other living area.
All 3 rooms have Mini splits to cool each room independently and we have a gas heater.
The kitchen has cups, dishes, bowls, silverware, a gas 4 burden stove with an oven to cook, a microwave, a large fridge and an extra freezer with ice. We have a pots and pans and Containers to serve drinks.
We have a blender, toaster, waffle maker and a coffee pot.
The full bathroom has shower with two shower heads and a tub, we have plenty of large towels and plenty of small hand and face towels.
We have toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, floss, q-tips, and soap available if needed. We recommend that you stop at wal mart on your way in and get your groceries and some extra toilet paper if you need extra. Wal mart is just 10 min away from the house if you forgot anything from home.
In one living area we have a couch that makes into a full size bed, we have a love seat and a trundle bed with two twin beds. We also have a round table and plenty of chairs.
We have wifi, a flag screen TV with a VCR & DVD in that room and a round table with plenty of foldable chairs to eat and play games and do puzzles.
In the other living area we have a queen size bed, 4 twin size beds, 2 twin blow up beds, 2 full blow up beds and we have clean sheets, covers, sleeping bags and plenty of pillows.
A desk for working and a microwave for heating food. We have a ping pong table, pool table and fold out table to sit 8-16 people. There is also an old piano that is out of tune that you are welcome to play with, please do not bang on the piano keys.
We have plenty of good books to read and plenty of magazines and National Geographic magazines. Please feel free to read the books and magazines and please just put the books, magazines and ganes back in the library shelves in the order you found them.
Please do not take anything that does not belong to you and we ask you to leave things better than you found them.
We have plenty of games, cards and puzzles for you to pass the time.
We have a camera outside the house for security and motion censured lights.
We have plenty of space for dry storage if you are in a camper or have a few vehicles and we have a chainlink fence all around the yard for additional security.
We are next to Zia Kayak if you want to rent a kayak and go fishing.
We are close to rock canyon boat ramp and close the main park and Marina del sur and also we are in front of the walking and bike trail. You can walk to the lake if you would like or we have tandem bikes and tricycle bikes you can ride the bike to the lake.
We have extra things to rent out for an additional cost.
We have kayaks available with paddles, we have paddle boats that seats 4-5 people.
We have two RVs to be able to use and sleep at the beach- a 36’ Ford Bounder with a front slide in the kitchen and a small van Rv sleeps a queen size bed, both have stove gas burners, bathroom, shower
Both have ac and heater.
We also have a House Camper Boat great for fishing and water sports. Boat can sleep 2-4 people, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen.
We also have two Seadoos, boats, fishing tours and guides, rock climbing gear and ropes, bikes, baffle boats and more toys available.
