Summary: Our stay in general was a good experience. The owner was very patient and helpful to answer our questions. The cottage has a lot of potentials. Pros: - Air conditioning is available. (we didn't use it though) - Wifi has decent speed. - Waterfront, easy access to the water. - Lots of small fishes under and around the dock. Catch-n-release fishing was fun right by the dock. - Water is clear. - A good size of fire pit for camp fire which we had a lot of fun with. - Lots of beds ( cottage + trailer) enough to sleep at least 10 people. ( We're a group of 5) - The cottage interior setting is simple and cozy. Cons: - Washroom pluming system was old and not functioning properly, taking long time to flush. Won't be able to handle a bigger crowd of guests. - Toilet was leaking water and wet the floor around. - The floor was not clean which made our socks quite dirty. - Linens were old. Suggest to bring your own. - Lots of dead tree trunks under the water close to the dock. Be careful of navigating if paddling. Suggest the owner to post an introduction including amenities to the property as other cottages do.
