The Space:
Please enter our freshly designed vacation home via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings, original hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

The living area features a generous plush sectional, a coffee table, a nonworking wood-burning fireplace original to the home, a seating area, and a 50" Samsung Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.
Serve your meals at the kitchen high-top table or gather everyone into the dining room for dinner with a table set for six and a highchair available for the little ones.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. Included is a crib to comfort families traveling with little ones. This bedroom has access to a private deck off the back of the home overlooking the beautiful garden.

Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in St. Louis's beautiful weather, or let the little ones run around the backyard. The outdoor area and garden offer gorgeous landscaping. Free street parking is available in the front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the historic Lafayette Square, considered the oldest urban park west of the Mississippi, where you can walk to world-class restaurants and sip coffee at delicious cafes and visit nearby Gateway Arch, Forest Park, and Enterprise Center—home of Stanley Cup-winning St. Louis Blues.
Like a picture out of a Victorian novel, Lafayette Park's flowers, natural grasses, towering trees, waterfalls, fountains, and iconic iron bridges provide a peaceful backdrop to the city.
Twice yearly, the residents open their homes to the public for the ever-popular Spring and Garden Tour (first weekend in June) and the Lafayette Square Holiday Parlor Tour (second Sunday in December). Visitors even have the option to stay in one of these gloriously painted homes.
Within Lafayette, there are craft breweries; specialty shops; Park Avenue Coffee, which features original small-batch blends; quirky and one-of-a-kind restaurants; yoga and art studios; wine, chocolate, and rooftop bars; a lounge; and a must-try ice creamery.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
