'La Centurina' is a renovated Tuscan farmhouse combining tradition with home automation and design objects. The position in the hills is quiet, always ventilated, with a breathtaking view until the sea and the Tyrrhenian islands.

The farmhouse consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, combined oven, induction cooking hobs, dishwasher ...). The two double bedrooms with each its en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and washing machine and the other with tub and shower) are spacious, full of light and tastefully furnished. They have air conditioning, SAT-TV and a small working desk.

The house offers WiFi, air conditioning and is decorated with objects and lamps of famous Italian and international designers and all this together with many other details make this farmhouse unique in its kind.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a terrace furnished with a large table and deck chairs, where you can eat or relax enjoying the panoramic view and spectacular sunsets. In an 'little room' on the side of the house is an old oven where a barbecue has been installed. All designed and thought of for the pleasure of an outdoor barbecue. In the left corner of the terrace there is also a brand new Jacuzzi with a breathtaking view in which to relax after a day at the beach or returning from an excursion in Tuscany.
Beyond the terrace, a large green lawn extends the outdoor space available to all guests.

La 'Centurina', is one of the three contiguous farms of the Fioramonti property, which with "Il Mammellone" and the "Fattoria in Paradiso" still to be completed, will become a 100-hectare luxury resort in an unspoiled area of the Maremma.

What is the meaning of 'La Centurina’? We asked Walter Fioramonti, the owner, who replied that he discovered Argentario and Maremma in 1970 when he attended the third year of electronic engineering at the Politecnico of Milano. He immediately fell in love with this land and continued to frequent it assiduously cultivating the dream of one day being able to buy a farm. The dream came true in 2007 when he retired after 32 years of an extraordinary career in Accenture. Hence the name of the farm which he intimately calls "L’Accenturina" and which has been "camouflaged" in "La Centurina".
