The villa was constructed in the 1960´s and offers spacious accommodation over one level wrapped around an internal Courtyard and Entrance
Huge 130m2 open plan living and Dining area with High Ceilings and wonderful views with doors leading out to a Fabulous shaded Terrace with amazing panoramic ocean views

Due to the sea front location and design (Spacious rooms and high ceilings) the villa keeps cool during hot months from a constant gentle sea breeze ,
In addition there are good modern high speed ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms plus the villa has 3 large Air conditioning Units installed , the units are located in the main kitchen, hallway and bedroom 4, these help keep the Villa to a comfortable temperature during hot months (We personally found the villa to be fairly cool whenever we was there during changeovers in July and August - jk villa rentals)
Outside is a Large private Swimming Pool (Oval shaped 12 meters x 6 meters at the widest point) with roman steps

Established nearly 50 years ago Cabo Roig is without a doubt one of the finest and most sought after places to live on the Southern Costa Blanca, often referred to as the Jewel in the crown with its wide palm tree roads relaxed sea side atmosphere and charming individual Detached Villas.
The villa is set right on the Ocean Front (First Line to the Beach) with fabulous views of the Mediterranean ocean and with a Private Staircase direct down to the Beach.
