Minutes from lots of attractions including shopping, dining, golf, hiking, ASU, casinos, water parks and Cactus League Spring Training with the Cubs facility only 13 miles away. Easy access to major freeways to make traveling around the Valley a breeze. If you enjoy jet skiing, boating and other water activities then take a drive to Lake Saguaro its 25 minutes up the road or if you love tubing then visit the Salt River which s 15 minutes away. You can also enjoy the private pool (not heated) or the wonderful Las Sendas community heated pool & spa, fitness room, parks, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts and more golf! There is garage parking for 1 vehicle plus additional parking in the driveway.

Beautifully renovated single story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1 car garage. It’s nestled in the highly desired Las Sendas community and just waiting to make it your home away from home. Walk in the door to the spacious family room that has a large sectional couch, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The Kitchen has a flat top stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and more and it overlooks the family and dining room which creates a perfect space for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen has what you need for those nights you want to stay in to cook so preparing meals has never been easier. The kitchen table is just off the kitchen with 4 chairs. There are 4 barstools at the counter as well as outdoor dining on the back patio.
The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, 32” flat screen TV, arcadia door that opens up to the backyard, a walk in closet and large private bathroom with a garden tub, & walk in shower. It’s a great place to be when you want to sleep in and relax! Both guest bedrooms feature Queen size beds, dressers and a flat screen 32” TV. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo.
The backyard is a great place to gather and relax with a cocktail or take a dip in the sparkling pool. The pool has a water feature which is very relaxing to listen to and there are 3 chaise lounges out by the pool. Grill up those burgers or steaks and take advantage of the year-round amazing Arizona weather and do your cooking and eating outdoor. There is a BBQ grill and table & chairs under the covered patio which makes it all the more perfect to hang out, relax and enjoy!
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
