This is a private spacious residence with beautiful furnishings, swimming pool and soaking spa right on the ocean. We have a caretaker and a greeter who will make sure any issues that come up are quickly resolved. We want you to enjoy your stay, say and write nice things, and more importantly come back.

The entire house is air conditioned with central air individual mini split Panasonic air conditioners and quiet ceiling fans. There are Samsung smart TV's in the Master Bedroom and another one in the Living Room. Wifi is available throughout the house. There are two Sherwood tuner/receivers which are B/T capable and will connect to your Apple music or Amazon music, or play your CD's upstairs and downstairs with Bose speakers inside and out.
Parking outside is easy with a wrap around driveway and room for 2+ cars or trucks off the road + 2 more along the road, 4 vehicles total.
Upstairs there is a large private master suite with private covered porch and study overlooking the sea. There are three additional private bedrooms with separate private entrances from secure gated courtyard that also have doors to the side yard leading to the pool and ocean.
The 2nd bedrooms is also accessible from main living area and the main house and is ideal for young children who need to be close to their parents or a guest with limited mobility who does not want to walk too far for the kitchen and living area.
There are two guest "safes" for valuables - one upstairs in the Master bedroom and the other downstairs between the 3rd & 4th bedrooms. The whole house is alarmed with "stay" and "away" functions and key pads throughout the house.
One of the four bedrooms have large twin beds which are usually pushed together for couples. We have extra twin sheets if you need to separate the beds. The Master bedroom has a California King and the 3rd & 4th bedrooms have Queen size beds. All the bedrooms have high quality Auping brand mattresses from the Netherlands.
We provide bath & beach towels & bed linens for a full house for a week. If you stay longer, our Laundry room has a larger American full size washer and separate electric dryer. There are three separate hot water heaters for the bedroom showers, laundry & kitchen. The master bathroom also has a large bathtub and separate shower stall.
The house is close enough to walk to two different bar/restaurants, and two beaches located a few minutes walk away in the safe Belnam neighborhood. We split our week up between cooking at home, walking next door, and driving to various restaurants on the Bonaire.
The new large open kitchen includes high end Siemens appliances, with an induction electric cook top with a downdraft exhaust and a large separate U-Line ice maker. We have ample special cookware available for the induction cook top. There is a blender, toaster, coffee bean grinder, large and small french press coffee pots, a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, and electric water boiler pot for tea or the French presses. There is also a dishwasher, large refrigerator and large freezer. We have plenty of plates, dishes, bowls and cutlery. There are detailed instructions in the house for operating the appliances.
Our swimming pool and soaking spa (not heated) is right outside off the patio just outside living area facing the ocean. There is no real real shallow part in the pool except on stairs - the rest of the pool is about 5' deep.
The veranda covered outdoor dining area has a ceiling fan and lighting. There is a new outdoor high-end propane gas BBQ. We have ample comfortable furnishings, inside & out. The dining and outdoor furniture cushions were new at the end of 2022.
Divers & snorkelers will love the equipment rinse sinks and private stairs down into the ocean. There is also a vented outdoor dive closet to secure your gear while it is drying and you are out. The house is right on the Windsock and North Belnam dive sites. The reef is healthy and the fish life is abundant. Night diving here is a lot of fun.
You can watch the infrequent planes land at nearby Flamingo airport while looking out over Klein Bonaire and north towards Kralendijk & Republiek neighborhoods. The airport is not a very busy one. The sound of the flights landing is usually not as loud as the tide coming in and breaking against the rock ledge the property sits on. None of my guests have ever been disturbed by the planes - they are actually fun to watch approach from the west.
The house is next door to the Bellafonte Hotel which is a very quiet and good neighbor. Overall the house is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with magnificent ocean and stunning sunset views, an excellent cross breeze, modern amenities, and nice furniture.
