This property is situated in a suburb-like subdivision within the city but features the convenience and accessibility of the city! Only about a 10min walk or 2min drive away from the nearest Metro where you can access almost every part of Washington, DC and many parts of the surrounding tri-state area! Wish to drive? Downtown National Mall is only about a 18-20min drive away! We are located about 5.8 miles from University Of MD Hospital, and close to about 3 other Major Hospitals in Washington, DC. The FedEx Field is only a small 10min drive away! Enjoy a night out on the town, uptown to be exact, at U st Cardoza or Adam’s Morgan which are 22-27mins away! Guests have private garage access as well as extra driveway space. There's also free street parking in front of house. There's a small park to take the kiddies just up the street, and a large park across the bridge near RFK stadium. Only about a 7min drive.

This is our private residence and absolutely no parties are allowed. No smoking allowed inside property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk beyond the yard in the front, and the end of the driveway in the back of the property.
We know you love it here as much as we do! But we need everyone to adhere to the set checkout times. We can allow a 30min grace period. But after that it is a late fee assessed in the amount of the daily rate. This is to prevent inconveniencing guests coming in after you.
All guests are expected to remove outside shoes before stepping onto any carpeted surfaces. We ask guests to please set dishes in dishwasher to be cleaned and sanitized, which includes the provided pots and pans.
