Nature abounds from the outside of the floor to ceiling windows. You’ll be surrounded by lush landscaping as the villa is tucked away surrounded by palms, magnolias and sweet semi-tropical flora. This Seabrook Island villa was renovated in 2020 and boasts a screened-in porch, hardwood flooring, classic coastal interiors, an easy walk to beach access and amenity cards to the outstanding recreational facilities at the Seabrook Island Club.
Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a large Smart flat screen TV. The dining area features large picture windows overlooking the lagoon with place settings for all your guests.
The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet space and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family. There’s also a gas grill located on the exterior of the property for added convenience.
