Is built in individual building overlooking the azure blue waters of Ionian sea, just 40m away from it. “Kavos Psarou Villa” is located in “Biskinis” estate very close to “Kavos Psarou studios and apartments” and just next to an olive grove. Situated in 24 hectares of exclusive beachfront estate in Central Athens. A new snack bar reception is by the villa’s comlplex and the owners are always willing to help you, give you information, offer their hospitality and provide you with breakfast, drinks and meals (extra charge). The surrounding area is scenic, green and lush with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, hills towards the inland and plenty of nice beaches with the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea. Just next to the villas there is a nice fishermen’s port where you can anchor your boat. “Kavos Psarou Villa” offers to you tranquility, privacy, excellent sea view in a very nice natural environment, just next to the sea.
Accommodation: 'Kavos Psarou Villa' is an authorised by the Greek National Board accommodation. Built at an individual building, offers splendid sea view. Villa is built in traditional way from local Zakynthian stone and wood. Is luxurious construction made with care to the details and are suiting very nicely with the local natural environment. Villa is very spacious (55m2), consists of two rooms: bedroom with double bed, big living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and large furnished veranda with excellent sea view. It has large bathroom with bathtub with Hydromassage column. Villa can accommodate very comfortably 4 persons having also the capacity to add extra bed(s) or baby-cot. Decoration and Furnishing are made with special care focusing on traditional and romantic style.
Accommodation/facilities: Villa is fully equipped as well with all the modern facilities, with Air Condition individual operated units and multi Channel Satellite TV with LCD screen and CD/DVD. Has fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker with oven, air extractor, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils. Villa is surrounded by big garden and stands next to an olive grove.
Location: “Kavos Psarou Villa” is located just above a pebbly-sandy beach (40m away from it). Our estate has a long front to the beach and the sea (250m), forming so a secluded beach. Along the coastline, 150m on the left of the complex, there is a totally sandy beach, Psarou beach, with shallow crystal clear waters, awarded with Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the beach and of the waters. “Kavos Psarou Villa” have a central position on Zakynthos east coast and the distances to the island’s main attractions like Shipwreck beach, Blue Caves, Bohali hill and castle, Zakynthos town, old picturesque villages etc. are short making it suitable for nice trips. Also at a short distance you can find the bustling with activity resorts of Alikanas (3km) of Alikes (5km) and of Tsilivi (6km)
