DESCRIPTION
The spacious apartment is all about LOCATION - it is one of ONLY TWO properties offered in the centre of Peregian Beach Village.
It offers, inclusively, gated secure parking with a connecting lift and stairs - a rare feature in The Village where parking has become a premium!
With suggestions of a loft, possibly in Manhattan, The Apartment features very high ceilings. It is light and gracious and includes entry to an adjoining private, ivy-lined, enclosed outdoor sitting area. It invites you to relax and curl up for some 'me' time! There are assorted magazines and a library to cater for most reading tastes.
An antique Black Wood sideboard and dining table and original artwork weave a thread of time's past.
Ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning give you climate control and open ventilation through the seasons. Summer is never too hot, nor Winter too cold!

A lift connecting to the car park and Village amenities is wonderful for those requiring mobility support. The living accommodation is on one level without stairs to negotiate!
LOCATION: Peregian Beach is easily accessible by car with services offered by all the major car hire companies. A local bus connection is opposite and an excellent shuttle service offers door-to-door transport to both the airport at Maroochydore (20 mins) and Brisbane (90 mins).
ATTRACTIONS
While ideal as a private retreat for a well-earned escape, The Apartment is also a well-positioned base to explore the highlights of the Sunshine Coast. A short 15 minute drive to Noosa Heads and the National Park, a day at Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo or meander into the hinterland to sample some of the farm-gate delicacies and the markets at Eumundi.
Peregian Beach is one of the closest whale watching observation points on the Eastern Coastline (August to October).
The patrolled surf beach is across the road and a variety of wonderful walking paths can take you north and south along the beach or into The National Park and Noosa's unique Biosphere!
National Parks abundant with flora and fauna have designated coastal walking paths of various endurance ratings that showcase a remarkable coastline.
