Twin Oaks Beach Cottage nestled among the massive oaks and just steps away from the Atlantic with public beach access.
Brand new construction home and new to the vacation rental program. This adorable bungalow has it all and is in the perfect location! We are two houses off the ocean and just a short walk to the Village, Lighthouse, and Pier areas of St. Simons Island. Also a short walk to Sea Island Lodge. Located on the South end of the island, which means when you're at the water, you get sunrises to your left and beautiful sunsets to your right. Best of both worlds! You also get to see some amazing ships passing through at high tide. There is something for everybody!
There is room for 2 cars and a golf cart in the driveway. There is also public parking available along the road and at the beach access.
Bedroom layout:
Main level - Bunkroom with one full and two twin beds. There is also a 55 inch TV in the room. Full bathroom with shower located off the living area.
A private office that has a door to close out the chaos. Perfect to work remotely, catch up on your work or just to have a little peace and quiet.
Upstairs – Master Bedroom (TV) has a King bed, a crows nest style private balcony, walk in closet and full master bathroom with separate tub and shower. Guest Bedroom 1 (TV) and Guest Room 2 (TV) both have King beds and a shared full bathroom with combo tub/shower. Open landing with a washer and dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home including high end Bosch appliances.
