Summary: The photos are accurate. But the feel of the listing upon arrival was a big disappointing surprise. The quality of the matress and pillows and bed linen was very poor. Very very cheap. You can’t capture that feature in a photo. I was not refunded even partially despite having asked to from the moment I stepped into the property. I’ve stayed at dozens of listings for the past decade as a frequent traveler. I have a five star rating as a guest on other accommodation platforms and hosts love me as much as I appreciate them and all they do and prepare for me. This listing is not at all a “home” as it pretends to be. It is very cookie cutter. It has everything you need and I’m sure some people would be happy here. There are definitely some positive features and it’s very new. Nothing has been used. I didn’t stay for the three weeks I had booked. I found a different place and was happy. I advise Altido the hosts to improve the mattress and bed linen. I’m sad to have had this experience and to bot have been partially reimbursed. What a shame. I was uncomfortable with the atmosphere. It’s a very personal review. You might enjoy this atmosphere and the quality might not be so utterly disappointing for you as it was for me. I was sad due to the recent loss of a family member so that may factor in to my sensitivity. Nonetheless I think VRBO should go and verify this place. I tried to contact customer service to no avail. Thanks
