Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need and more ! the kitchen leads directly onto the large outside terrace with gas BBQ and dining table seating six people, with stunning views across the bay.
In the lower grassed terrace is another rattan suite.
We have 2 double bedrooms with sea views on the ground floor and one twin bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite and its own secluded terrace with amazing views across the sea and to the mountains and right across to Puerto de Mazarron.
All bedroom have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
2 bathrooms both with showers and one with a bath as well.
The saloon has ceiling fans and a free standing fan, Ample secure parking for up to 4 cars.

We are only 5 minutes walk to the beach, sand and pebble with a summer beach bar, 5 minutes drive to better sandy beaches or a 15 minute walk.
Only five minutes drive to Puerto de mazarron and its wonderful marina surrounded by good quality restaurants and shops. Mazarron has many interesting shops and a fabulous paseo to walk along.
NEW FOR 2020 an English supermarket has opened for items not available in the Spanish supermarkets
Its called the food co but sells mostly coop and Iceland branded items.

Just 25 minutes drive and you are in Cartagena, this city has had a fortune spent on it and is well worth visiting. If you are into history Cartagena is overflowing with culture and its Roman past. The dock front is now a trendy and facinating place to visit. Cartagena is now one of the major destinations for world cruise ships. They are very close to the frontage and make a fantastic view, even the new Queen Elizabeth is a regular visitor.
There is a very interesting boat trip that takes you around the navy docks and visits the oil refinery with all the large ships coming in and out.
If you like the countryside a half hour drive inland takes you to the beautiful mountain range of the Sierra Espuna through the town of Alhama De Murcia.
