Our renovated property comprises of four delightful studios, set on lovely grounds with convenient access to both the Blue Lagoon, Lambi beach and Kos Town.
Malamo Studio No. 5 is equipped with a range of essential amenities to make your stay a comfortable and memorable experience. Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the entire property, as well as an in-room LED TV for your enjoyment. A split system is located in the studio for heating and cooling purposes, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove top (no oven), microwave and mini fridge allows for cooking and dining at the table and chairs.
Modern bathroom with shower facilities, and fresh linen and towels provided on arrival, all aim to compliment your stay within our cozy studio.
Retreat to the balcony and enjoy the sunset or relax in the tranquil gardens. The convenience of complimentary car parking in front of the studios allows for easy accessibility over the island from the property during your stay.
With respect to personal hygiene, each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.
In addition to the Blue Lagoon, Lambi beach and Kos Town, the property is located in close proximity to supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies and police stations for ease and convenience.

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or dog.

In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
