The home is within walking distance of the Brays Bayou Greenway Trail and Hermann Park which is home to an 18-hole golf course, the Houston Zoo, gardens, walking trails, a fishing lake, and cultural monuments.
The four-story interior comes beautifully furnished with elegant decor and all the modern essentials of home. Strong natural lighting creates a light and airy ambiance throughout the space. A smart TV and gas fireplace set the stage for casual downtime in the main-floor living area, while the furnished sunroom offers a quiet spot to sip coffee or crack open a good book. A second living area on the ground floor is also available for flexible home comfort and entertainment.
