This blend creates a wonderfully warming and inviting home. The back garden includes a patio with outdoor furniture which is surrounded by Cotswold chippings and tall hedges, making the space feel private and secluded; a lovely spot to enjoy throughout the year. With its superb location and timeless decor, Elm Farm Annex makes a charming rural retreat. This property even welcomes two medium sized dogs!

The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 4. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant(aged 2 or under)
