Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the Isle of Palms community in Jacksonville this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house sits on a canal just off the intracoastal. Plenty of room for the whole family and then some. Hop in the pool or enjoy the bubbles in the jacuzzi (*not heated YET*) a day of fishing, kayaking, or sight seeing. Grab the kayaks that are provided and enjoy the canal out to the intercoastal. Soak in the sun at the beach with only a 3 mile drive to Jax Beaches.
Enter into this spacious house, and walk straight ahead into the kitchen overlooking the large backyard with pool, dock and intracoastal canal views. With 2 living areas connected to the kitchen guests can enjoy TV, games or other entertainment.
Beat the heat in the brand new pool and *non-heated* jacuzzi. Grab your favorite book, Kick back and relax in the lounge chairs by the pool. Grille out and enjoy dinner on the shaded outside deck. Enjoy a game or 2 of cornhole in the yard next to the pool. Kayak down the canal and out into the intracoastal. The options are endless!
There are 4 bedrooms. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. The living room has a pull out couch and we also provide a queen double air mattress for the family room, for a total of 12 guests.
Please be aware there is no lifeguard on duty so please please please be careful around the pool. Also always wear a life jacket when kayaking!
Guests will have full access to the property.
This home is located in a coastal suburban neighborhood. Bright, tropical houses line the streets with docks along the canal in the back. Friendly, quiet neighbors wave as you pass by. Great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy!
Take the car or uber to the beaches in less than 10 minutes. Beach and bike rentals available for enjoying beautiful beach weather year round.

Located next to a few shopping malls but a car is required to get to the beach or Mayo, only a short 5-10 minutes away.
Uber and Lyft Available. We also work with a local rental company for beach essentials such as bikes, umbrellas, chairs, etc.
There 3 levels of stairs at this property. One bedroom and one living area are on the first floor and can be accessed by the garage with no stairs.
Pool -> There is a waiver for the pool. Everyone that is on the property must sign the waiver. By reserving this home, you are responsible for having guests sign and abide by the waiver conditions. Please do not leave children unattended around the pool or dock.
Kayaks -> Life jackets are required for the Kayaks, while we provide a few different sizes please be advised if you don't have the proper size there is a walmart down the road with coast guard approved life jackets. By using the kayaks you are agreeing to use them carefully and follow all rules. Please do not pull them up the bank- the oyster shells will scrape them up. Use the dock to bring the up and down. Also please rinse them off and hang them back up if possible, if not please let us know so we can do it.

Smoking -> Please do not smoke in or around the house. If you need to smoke, please do so away from the home and dispose of butts properly. There is a $300 fee for smoking.
Pets -> Although we do allow pets, Please be respectful and do not allow them on the furniture. Also, please pick up and dispose of droppings properly. If trash day is not for a few days please do not put them in the trash cans. The pet fee is $200. Undisclosed pets result in a $200 fee on top of the required pet fee. A separate charge will be sent to you once the pets are disclosed.
Trash -> Trash day is Friday Morning, please put all trash from the house in the street can and pull it to the curb Thursday night if you are staying there that day. It helps a lot, thank you!
Broken/damaged/missing items ->Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged so we can have it fixed. If there are any amenities that you would like to add please feel free to request.
