If you are looking for even more, Sebastian is situated between Melbourne and Vero Beach and close enough for day trips to all the Orlando area parks and all that they have to offer. 1.15 hours to Orlando airport and 1.5 hours to Palm Beach airport.
PROPERTY: 1.7 acres on the intracoastal with over 200 feet of private beach, directly across from the Sebastian inlet and with it the beautiful blue waters, lush tropical vegetation, butterfly garden, fruit trees, shady breezy areas with benches, hammocks and swings. This private and quiet setting makes it seem like you are away from everything as you watch the boats, dolphin, and manatee go by and yet you are less than 1 mile from shopping and restaurants. A little further down the scenic drive and you have several waterfront restaurants to choose from and the downtown area always has something going on. This house is on the mainland side of the intracoastal which makes all the amenities so much closer than when you are on the island side of the intracoastal.
HOME: This beautiful, traditional, updated pool home is set down a long driveway off a scenic drive. A large screened wrap around porch with white wicker rockers and a porch swing greet you as you walk up to the front door. Inside is everything you need and more. The house is equipped with an intercom system and a sound system throughout as well as wi-fi with extenders to make sure you have internet in every room.
The beautifully decorated living room with a fireplace, views of the water through the French doors and wet-bar make it a wonderful place to entertain your guests.
The game room is perfect for kids or adults to enjoy one the games provided in the fully stocked game cabinet, a round of darts, or a puzzle as you enjoy the view.
The large light and bright dinning room sits eight comfortably on a large round table with beautiful views.
The stainless steel and granite kitchen is fully equipped with sub-zero fridge, 6 burner gas stove, coffee bar and about every appliance you may need including popcorn popper and ice cream machine.
The downstairs primary bedroom is perfect for folks who have trouble with stairs, king size bed with adjustable bedframe for reading or watching TV in bed, ensuite bathroom with large dressing area, roll-in shower, jetted tub, bidet attachment, walk-in closet and dressing bench.

The upstairs primary has a beautiful king bed with adjustable bedframe, gas fireplace, loveseat and cozy papasan chair in a lovely reading nook with tranquil views. On the second floor, there is a balcony with two rocking chairs for a private place to have coffee, a cocktail or enjoy the quiet.
The upstairs has 2 other guest bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins to accommodate any mix of family/friends. The guest bath has a jetted tub/shower combo and double sink vanity.
The garage has 2 extra refrigerators, bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, extra tables and chairs, hammocks, corn hole, croquet and other yard games. on the beach, 2 paddleboards, a kayak and some chairs for your use to help make this a memorable vacation for your family.
Note: the docks in the photo do not belong to us. This house does not have a dock. There is room for trailer parking in the driveway and there is a public boat launch 6 minutes away.
