Experience the convenience of this great location just 35 minutes from downtown Minneapolis AND the beauty of nature in your backyard as the home sits on 22 rolling acres backing up to the most desirable section of the Crow River which is perfect for fishing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking.

Interior:
Walking in, you're greeted with the kitchen to your right, dining room ahead, and a sitting room to the left. The living room is to the right of the dining area and features a second-story three season porch with incredible views. Down the hall to your left, you'll find the primary bedroom, bedroom one, with a king bed and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three are down the same hall, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. At the end of the hall is the immaculate pool room featuring a 15'x30' pool with tons of natural light! The opposite end of the home from the pool room features an oversized 8 car garage. As you walk downstairs, you'll be greeted with the theatre and game room. This room has a projector and seating for everyone as well as a pool table. To the left is a bedroom four which is a room with four sets of bunkbeds. To the right is bedroom 5 with a King bed and two twin beds. Behind the theatre area is bedroom 6 which features a full-over-full bunk bed with trundle as well as a small workspace with an office chair and desk. Additionally, the lower level features a golf simulator, perfect for practicing solo or playing together.
Exterior:
The front of the house has a small porch perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The back of the house has a large patio with seats and tables, great for entertaining! The backyard is fenced for peace of mind with pets and children. On the right side of the house, a trail leads down to the river. Near the river, there is a seating area with a fire pit and seating.
The Crow River:
This section of the Crow River is well known for it's paddling via canoe or kayak, tubing, and fishing. Per the Minnesota DNR Website, "The South Fork of the Crow River offers enjoyable paddling for canoeists and kayakers near the Twin Cities. Because it is mostly gentle, with only a few easy stretches of rougher water, the South Fork is suitable for beginning paddlers unless the water is high due to flooding.
