We have private parking. Well connected, it is located 15-20 minutes from the center of Seville by car. Public transport services are very close to the apartment and take you directly to the center of Seville quickly,
The Space:
Bright 30m2 apartment equipped with everything you need, perfect for up to 3 people. Located in a small complex (exclusive use for the two apartments in the complex) with a swimming pool, gardens and rest and relaxation areas, as well as areas for lunch, dinner and breakfast. As there are two apartments, if you are more than 3 people, you can rent both apartments and you will have the gardens and pools for exclusive use.
The apartment is equipped, it has a kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, the living room area has a comfortable sofa and a modern TV.
The room has a full bathroom with a shower. The bedroom area is spacious and comfortable.
The apartment has air conditioning and high speed wifi.
The apartment has direct access to the common areas of the garden and pool that are only shared with the apartment next door. There is no schedule to use the common areas and the pool and they can be used at any time and at any time.
We have free parking for one car per apartment within the same premises.
The area is quiet, relaxed and perfect to rest and disconnect. But at the same time it is very close to the center of Seville and can be reached in a few minutes by car or by using the bus that stops next to the apartment and reaches the center of Seville in a few minutes.
The area has shops and entertainment venues (bars and restaurants) you can do all your day-to-day shopping in the surroundings

What to see
Start your visit at the Parish Church of Santa María de las Nieves, located on Calle Servando Arboli. The church is home to valuable paintings and Baroque sculptures by Sevillian artists, such as Juan de Mesa and Montes de Oca.
Nearby is the Plaza de España, the town's centre, where the Town Hall is located. From there, explore the century-old taverns. Among the oldest are El Melao; El Mellizo, which still has a yellow clay floor; and El Coco, where the pisá grape-treading tradition has been revived.
On Calle Nueva is one of the town's traditional wineries, Vinícola del Aljarafe. However, if you would like to visit the oldest one, go to Calle Santísimo Cristo de la Vera Cruz. There, in the old Hacienda Pata de Hierro, is Bodegas Góngora. Founded in 1682, there is still a beam from its original wine press that has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.
To end your visit, head to the 18th-century Shrine to San Miguel –another important local building– and home to an image of the local patron saint, the Immaculate Conception.
