To the right of the Grand Family Room is a Cook's dream kitchen, complete with a Wolf range/oven, two dishwashers, two refrigerators and freezers, microwave, ice maker and pantry space for storage. Additionally, a separate pantry/kitchen prep area that also connects to the dining room is perfect for visiting chefs as well as for easy access to the outside BBQ dining area. The user friendly but exquisite kitchen has magnificent quartz countertops throughout along with 6 kitchen barstools for both entertaining or casual fare.
The dining room, near the kitchen, sits 8 people comfortably under a stunning chandelier with large scale windows to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the property.
Within the stylish but uber comfortable Grand Family Room is a large sectional that faces an 85” flatscreen TV and a beautiful fireplace – perfect for entertaining – and just steps away from the wet bar which features a wine cooler and additional storage for your favorite varietals. Large sliding glass doors open to a balcony for indoor/outdoor entertaining use and flow.
For those working remotely, a gorgeous home office, close to the guest bathroom, has barn-style doors for privacy, its own fireplace and sliding doors that open up to the beautiful vistas and outdoors.
The Master bedroom, close to the home office, offers a king-sized bed as well as a beautiful fireplace along with large sliding doors that offer a private space on the balcony that is only accessible from the Master bedroom. Adding to this sumptuous luxury resort -like space is a grand scale master bathroom with his/her sinks, large walk-in shower featuring 4 shower heads and a bathtub for two. Icing on the cake is his/her closets, that also feature its own washer and dryer, vanity table and separate dressing areas.
Upon descending downstairs, whereby each step lights up upon your descent, you enter a lower Family Room, one that is a bit more casual than the main floor. Facing a large 85” flat-screen TV along with a fireplace, a large-scale sectional along with a few other seating options welcome you with open arms and just steps away from the guest bedrooms, gym, private infrared sauna, and a private outdoor hot tub. Complimenting the lower Family Room space is a guest 'grab & go' kitchen with coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, and ample storage space. A 'guest' desk and printer sit underneath the staircase, close to the kitchen for family members or friends that may need to either study or print out documents.
To the right of the staircase on the lower floor you are met with a large laundry room with a washer and dryer and two guest bedrooms with queen-size beds, each having its own ensuite bathroom. To the left of the staircase is another guest bedroom with a queen size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Following down the hall is a private theatre with state-of-the-art equipment and sumptuous comfortable seating and just past the theatre space is the gym and next door to the gym is the private infrared sauna room that seats 4 people. There is a guest bathroom across from the theatre room.
All of the lower guest bedrooms and family room have their own private entrances via sliding doors to the lower patio that hosts the large private outdoor hot tub.
All of the 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, the upstairs' office and gym on the lower level have their own televisions with a majority of streaming services available. While all may enjoy the beautiful scenery and numerous trails available at Tuhaye, please note that other community amenities are available to Talisker Club members only. Non-member guests renting are not provided access to golf, pool, clubhouse, and other Talisker Club amenities. However, guests will enjoy the home's wonderful amenities, and there are excellent public golf courses and sports clubs with daily and monthly memberships available in close proximity of Tuhaye available.
