On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double with a large marble bathroom and the other with a single bed and another slightly smaller bed for a child or a boy up to twelve. Altogether five beds for adults plus one. In the house there is no heating or air conditioning.
The property overlooks a large terrace equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs to be able to eat outside, read, rest in good weather. The terrace and the facade of the house in turn overlook the Botena stream.
The house is located in a small hillside village, surrounded by greenery and bordered by a stream; can only be reached on foot. The car must be left in a small parking lot three minutes walk away.
