Located in a quiet, rural area just 11 miles from Rodeo Austin or Giga Texas and 25 minutes from downtown Austin, this well-appointed home was recently stripped down to the studs and newly constructed - every inch is brand new including all bathrooms and the kitchen. With its private guesthouse and outdoor oasis, this relaxed retreat has practically everything you need for a wonderful vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night + any applicable taxes. We will charge the card on file. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. There is a fenced backyard for your dog(s) to use. Thank you!
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 10 standard and 16 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Thursday.
Even with our regular pest management services, it's possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
