Welcome to our home away from home! Sleeps 14. Our newly renovated, spacious 6 bedroom 3.5 bath 4600 sq ft ranch with full finished basement including 2nd kitchen. Every room has a smart tv with streaming. Main dining room with custom farm table large enough for the entire family. Enjoy our 3 outdoor seating areas, outdoor dining or sit around the 2 firepits for smores in the large fenced in backyard. Variety of board games for the family. Everything you need to make memories with your family!
*The Space*
When you pull in, we have a large horseshoe driveway which will accommodate plenty of vehicles. 5 white planters with beautiful flowers starting to grow!
Main Level of Home
We welcome you into our home. Come through our front door where you will be in the foyer. The atmosphere we went with is rustic, farmhouse feel. We want you to come in, sit back and relax!
As you walk through the foyer, to the left is the large dining room. We built a custom farmhouse table with 2 benches to seat up to 14 people. We wanted to make sure the entire family could enjoy and break bread for their meals.
Next room, you will enter is the living room. We have 3 comfy sofas to accommodate up to 12 people. Large smart tv with streaming services, custom floating shelves and a beautiful fireplace but just for "looks".
To the right, you have a hallway with the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2 nightstands, lamps, smart tv with streaming services, room darkening curtains, nightlight, alarm clock and 2 dressers. The closet has hangers for clothes.
The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, lamps, smart tv with streaming services, room darkening curtains, nightlight, alarm clock and a dresser. The closet has hangers for clothes.
2nd Bathroom has a beautiful walk in sliding glass door shower.
We provide:

We have provided extra towels, sheets, comforters, pillows, mattress protector, and pack n play.
The kitchen is a custom look. Beautiful rustic, antique cabinets with a gas stove. Custom floating shelves. 2 barstools for high top bar. Large walk in pantry and child highchair.

As you continue through the Kitchen, you will walk into the main level sunroom. This is the room where you can go out and sit on the patio furniture with your favorite cup of coffee.
Back Inside, as you walk down the hallway, you enter into the Master bedroom. Large spacious, calming environment. King size bed, 2 nightstands, lamps, smart tv with streaming services, room darkening curtains, nightlight, alarm clock and a dresser.
Master bathroom is a spa like scene. Double vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower.
We provide:

Then, our huge walk in closet, 2 sitting benches with shoe storage and custom shelving system. Hangers provided.

Laundry room has washer and dryer. Utility sink with hand towel. Iron, ironing board and a starter bundle of laundry tide pods and sheets are provided.
Downstairs Level Of The Home
As you walk down the stairs, you come into the game room/sitting area. The have a variety of board games for play time, 2 chairs, table and a lamp.
The kitchen and breakfast area is next to that room. Kitchen has electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

Lower level Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, smart tv with streaming services, room darkening curtains, nightlight, alarm clock and a dresser. The closet has hangers for clothes.
Lower level 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, lamp, smart tv with streaming services, nightlight, alarm clock and a dresser. The closet has hangers for clothes.
Lower level 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, smart tv with streaming services, nightlight, alarm clock and a dresser. The closet has hangers for clothes.
Lastly, walking through the living room you will be on the Lower level sunroom. This cute space has 2 chairs, end table, outdoor rug and string lights to sit and enjoy some family chat.
Backyard
Large deck with outdoor dining table seating 6 chairs. Outdoor string Edison lights on a timer for you to enjoy a nice meal at night. Grill for our meat cookers. Then around the other side is a new patio set with fireplace. As you walk down the stairs on either side, it leads you to the circle of good times. We have 10 Adirondack chairs and a wood burning firepit with surrounding poles and Edison lights. Starter wood is provided. Time to open up the marshmallows and get to toasting for some delish smores!!
