Cascading down the road near the villa, you will get to gorgeous, white-sanded Kathisma beach, in just 14 minutes.Perched on the crest of a hill surveying the sublime blue Ionian Sea to one side and the mountainous interior of Lefkada to the other, Alessia Luxury villa offers guests flexible accommodation over two houses, a generous amount of space, and a calming ambience in which to unwind in a pure Greek style.

The larger house is all on one floor. The main entrance takes one past a shower room into a bright living area with a large L-shaped sofa, a fireplace and two wide sets of sliding glass doors opening out onto the terraces and the pool area, and bringing in the sensational sea views of Lefkada.
The smaller property is just a few paces across a shady terrace from the larger house. In keeping with the larger house, banks of sliding glass doors open out onto wrap-around terraces. Behind the kitchen is a good-sized double-twin bedroom with terrace access and an adjacent shower room.
Completing the accommodation in the guest house is an open mezzanine level, accessed from and overlooking the living area below. Here there is a large corner sofa under the eaves, a double-twin bed, and an en-suite shower room
Each of the two houses has its own shady terrace areas, as do some of the individual bedrooms, meaning that there is both plenty of space for coming together as a group as well as a good number of options for a little private time. Depending on where you’re sitting or lounging, you’ll be able to enjoy fabulous sea views of the Ionian Sea, inspiring mountain vistas or a mix of the two.
The very best panoramas, however, are to be had from the main house’s roof terrace, home to a Jacuzzi and the perfect spot for sunbathing or raising a glass to your good fortune as the sun begins its descent into the western sea. Around 15m from the houses, is another dining area, equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.
Last but certainly not least, is the fabulous acrylic-topped asphalt tennis court with floodlights for evening games, situated just a few metres away in the surrounding grounds.
