Approximately 200-year-old farmhouse with pool and 135 sqm of living space in a 4,000 sqm olive grove with lemon, olive, and fig trees as well as other plants. The house is located about 90 meters above Lake Garda, which is around 450 meters away as the crow flies. The center of Gargnano can be reached via a beautiful, approximately 300-year-old hiking trail (about 1.2 km) or in about 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, available for your exclusive use, and invites you to relax and unwind in many spots.
The house is beautifully restored and tastefully furnished. It features gas central heating with hot water, an open fireplace, as well as flat-screen TVs in the living room and studio. The ground floor has a terracotta floor, while the upper two floors have old wooden floors. From all rooms you enjoy beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
