The spacious, 150 m² apartment is on the fourth level of a six storey building, dating to 2004. It was just fully renovated in 2014. There is a spacious living/dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with windows, as well as a separate guest toilet. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, an armchair, a flat screen television with a DVD player and a wooden dining table and six chairs. There is also a fireplace, offering a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. The white kitchen offers a dishwasher, a ceran stove with an exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker and even a washing machine. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 200 cm x 200 cm double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to a double. The living room sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. The light coloured tiled bathrooms boast a shower tub, a sink with a vanity and a mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. A child's cot and high chair are available. Towels, bedding and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.
The living room grants access to the private sun patio with a table and chairs. Enjoy the views of the garden and the tennis courts. The pool is part of the Hotel Riviera, but at a small fee, payable at the hotel, is accessible to you (children are free). Two secure car parking spaces are available on the property.
Three great things about this location:
1) You can walk to the beach and to the vast walking promenade that goes from Cascais to Parque das Nacoes - it is about 30 Km walking space by the see, full with restaurants and bars by the beach (most open all year) where lots of people do jogging, skate and ride bicycle.
2) You can easily walk to the train station of Carcavelos, where you can grab a train that connects you to the center of Lisbon in about 20 mins
3) There is a shopping center on site, with supermarket and lots of shops, and there are several good restaurants onsite.
The house is less than 200 meters from the beach and the ocean. Shopping, cafes and restaurants, even am ATM are just outside the door of the complex.
