A stylish and beautiful place to stay for anyone with a passion for traveling ! My condo is located in the Metro Vancouver area specifically in the city of Surrey. Perfectly located in the downtown core of Surrey, known as the Surrey City Centre. Walking distance from the mall, city hall, public library, the local park, countless pubs and restaurants and walking distance from the metro train station that will take you directly to downtown Vancouver within 30min and many other under hubs.

The space
My space was furniture and designed to provide my guests the utmost satisfying, peaceful and memorable stay experience! I take great pride in making sure every corner of my condo sparkling clean. As a result the unit is thoroughly deep cleaned by an professional independent cleaning company to make sure your stay at my condo is uninterrupted and the most pleasant it can possibly be.
Vancouver is an incredibly beautiful city. My personal communication with my guests in combination with the comforts and beauty of my space will provide you the most convenient stay allowing you to explore the city at your very best potential, making memories that you and your family/friends will share with each other forever!
Below is a detailed description of my condo. This description will give you a better understanding of the type of space you will be residing in:
1) Living Room: A classy, clean and comfortable living room that has a large soft fabric based sofa set, wood based coffee table and a smaller wooded side table. The 50" inch Roku smart television offers you countless apps (including, Netflix's, youtube, etc) to make your condo experience more entertaining and lively (please be advised we do not offer cable TV). The TV also has the chrome cast feature: Enabling you to project your mobile devices display on the larger TV screen. In addition, the living room has magnificently eye pleasing unobstructed panoramic views of the north shore mountains, mount Baker and the surrounding downtown area.
Kitchen: Full kitchen. A white marble countertop, a stylish and clean white and cream coloured tile backsplash with a beautiful all glass round dinner table. The kitchen offers all the basic amenities any full kitchen would offer to any guest, including a: Dish washing machine, toaster, toaster oven, pots and pans, a full cutlery set, kittle, plates, bowls, mixed set of glassware, microwave, oven, etc.
Two bathrooms: White marble countertop with white and cream coloured tiled walls in the shower. Offering clean towels and hand towels with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a multi plant set up and a high quality 'Grohe' shower head.
Office: My condo offers a stylish office space for those who travel to British Columbia on business purposes or simply for those who need a private space to work on either academic or simply need a comfortable space to set their laptop to surf the web. The office desk is wood based with steel legs. In addition, a calendar, pens, ruler and a file organizer is included to provide my guests with the very best office experience.
Secondary Bedroom: A very cozy, clean and comfortable bedroom with a double sized mattress, closet, side night table and a beautiful plant set up. This bedroom offers magnificent eye pleasing panoramic views of the surrounding urban area and of the marvelous mountain ranges in the background. The views from this bedroom are simply breathtaking.
Master Bedroom: Open, clean and comfortable master bedroom with a queen sized mattress positioned into a high quality smooth fabric based bed frame. A large night table with a beautiful plant set up .The room also includes a closet and has direct access to the balcony. Also offers magnificent eye pleasing panoramic views of the surrounding area. The view of the sun setting from this bedroom is spectacular.
Balcony: A large 320 square feet panoramic balcony wraps arounds the entire unit. The balcony has two access points and has an open concept. The balcony offers spectacular views of the surrounding urban area, the north shore mountains and mount Baker. Truly a unmatched setting as guests take in some fresh air as they observe views of British Columbia's natural beauty.
Guest access:
This condo provides my guests the entire space. The unit will be completely 100% private to my guests who decide to book their stay here. The building is highly secure (has 2 evening security guards) and has a fob entry system at every access point (as those who have authorized permission to enter the complex and specific floors can only do so). Lastly, the condo itself has a electronic keypad attached to the main entrance for a keyless entry. Please note when departing from the unit simply press the top home bottom to lock the keypad. During your period of stay this condo will be your home just as much as it is mine. Thank you.

If special accommodations for your stay are needed, in particular for those with disabilities please advise me of these arrangements well in advance. The unit is easily accessible to whose who use a wheelchair or other supporting hardware. Again, prior notice is needed to make most arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation.
