Start your days on the main floor in the sparkling kitchen equipped with everything you'll need to entertain the family before you head out to explore
what Southern Utah has to offer!
Come back and relax in the beautiful living room with a fireplace for when it gets a little chilly or get everyone together for a barbecue on the patio! This vacation rental is one of the few located right on the central common area. Large open space to gather, play catch or watch the kids have fun. Just outside your patio door you have direct access to the pools, lazy river, splash pad and water slide. The views are incredible. You can also lounge around on the beautiful second floor deck before sleeping in one of the cozy 5 bedrooms! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a 55” smart television, and extra bedding.
The large king master bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a comfy sitting area and jetted tub in the en-suite. The den/office has a pull up sleeper sofa with a 4” memory foam mattress topper to insure a great night’s sleep. There is a 55” smart television, as well as a desk for business use if needed. There is another king bedroom on the main floor that is set away from the kitchen area for more privacy. On the second floor, you will find two amazing custom bunk rooms specifically designed for families. Each room has two queen beds with two twin beds on the top, and each is unique in style and design. One of the en-suites was specifically designed with a glass tub/shower for more convenience in bathing small children.
The loft room has a 75” smart television, DVD player, shuffleboard table, game table, and a table version of the popular Pac Man game. There are also board games, card games, and puzzles available for guest use. Kitchenette in loft makes it convenient to store snacks as well as using the mini fridge for drinks.
