You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas. Please do not smoke inside of the suite. There are sensors that can detect smoke in the suite If it is detected, you will be fined $500 per night. You are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio or in the screen porch lounge.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in an immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine.
Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
