It is centrally located to some of the best lakes & mountains NH has to offer and is 1 mile from Route 93 and just minutes away from Holderness School, Tenney Mt and downtown Plymouth.
It is not far from other NH top sites including Lake Winnipesaukee, Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, & Meredith.

Quiet, private neighborhood nestled one mile from Route 93. Just minutes from Plymouth University and Holderness School!
Guests will have access to all parts of the home with the exception of the master bedroom which is locked off for the owners and a couple of coat closets in common spaces. The guests still have access to the remaining 3 bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa in the fully furnished basement.

The home is located one mile from 93 but in a peaceful and private neighborhood. We have a long driveway that will fit four cars and plenty of off-street parking.
The home is completely updated with an open floor plan and high-end furnishings and all of the small details that make the home perfect for your stay!
This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood and not a party house. Quiet hours start at 10pm in respect of our neighbors.
We not not allow more that 8 guests at the property at any given time.
FIRST FLOOR:
- Chefs kitchen with gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
(other perks include a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, Ninja blender, Alexa sound system, and all the cooking necessities one would need)
- Dining room that seats 8 with an additional 2 stools located at the island
- Large living room with the focal point being the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. This room includes a large sectional with a coffee table and multiple side tables along with two additional leather chairs to help you relax by the fire (gas fireplace and ceiling fan also in this area).
- Bedroom #1: 1st floor bedroom/office which includes a queen bed, small desk/chair for office space, accent chair/ottoman, ceiling fan, closet, smart tv/monitor, and has a connected full bathroom (extra linens provided). Newly added privacy curtains over the frosted glass doors.
- Full bathroom with tile floors, walk-in shower, and granite countertops (towels provided in closet)
- Laundry room with full size washer & dryer as well as iron & ironing board
- Access to the front porch that has two rocking chairs and a small side table
- Access to the back porch that has a small dining table and umbrella (seats four)
- Brazilian oak floors throughout most of the first floor
SECOND FLOOR:
- Beautiful staircase with landing that showcases a large window & chandelier and leads to the second floor
- Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, room darkening shades, smart TV, and closet (extra linens in closet).
- Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, room darkening shades, smart TV, and closest (extra linens in closet).
- Bathroom with tile floors, tub/shower combo, and granite countertops (towels provided in closet as well as hairdryer).
- Brazilian oak floors throughout the second floor
FINISHED BASEMENT:
- Mudroom area off the driveway with plenty of hooks
- Sectional couch which pulls out to a very comfy bed. I would guess that fully extended, this pull out could sleep 2 adults or 4 small children.

GYM AREA/ZEN DEN (Garage area)
- We have transformed our garage into what we like to call, the "Zen Den". Here you will find a peloton (which you can use your login credentials), an Apple TV, a Bose speaker, an infrared sauna w/ bluetooth and a full gym.

Although we have the home professionally cleaned before and after each reservation, we ask our guests to care for this home as if it were their own.
Keycode, wifi password, house information sheet, recommendation sheet, and checkout list will be sent to you before arrival.
We ask that the guests sign our guest book before departure and leave reviews on Airbnb.
