You will want to make memories in the modern 4 bedroom home located just off the 303 at Peoria Ave. Enter through the dramatic long entryway as you have a clear view to the stunning backyard paradise. There are 3 private queen bedrooms all with walk in closets and one with a TV too. The Primary suite is in a popular split floorpan and in the rear of the home. The Primary features a king bed with luxurious linens, a TV and supersized spa bath. The walk in shower is to die for with plenty of room for 2. There is an oversized walk in closet, double sinks and a private water closet too. Linens are beautifully presented in the en-suite linen closet for your convenience.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen make for lots of space to spread out. Dining seats 8 comfortably. The living room is filled with reclining furniture and anchored with a large smartv. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a meal gourmet style. The white and light kitchen has a massive breakfast bar, perfect for a quick bite or for entertaining family and friends. There is a coffee bar, complete with a Keurig for that morning brew. The walk in pantry has tons of storage as does this first class kitchen space. Just outside the kitchen you will find a game room with air hockey and ping pong for family fun. There is a bar for mixing a drink too while engaging in fun. The home has a beautiful laundry room, a 3 car tandem garage, an outside fridge for drinks and super fast wifi.
Outside is the reason you want to make memories here. The backyard has a massive heated pool with a swim step perfect for sunbathing in the AZ sunshine year round. There are 4 loungers and other seating too. The heated pool is extra special as it is also a lap pool, with jets that supply resistance for swimming laps in place too. Kind of a swim spa and pool all in one and on a much grander scale. Sit around the fire pit each night and catch the sunset with a glass of vino, or hang out in the outdoor living room. Lots of grassy area for play time.
WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of maximum 2 dogs will be allowed for those guests staying 30+ nights and the pet fee $10 per night per pet.
