On the front of the house, there is a covered terrace with a wooden table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is further surrounded by a big exclusive access garden full of beautiful vegetation, where you can freely pick fresh organic fruit and vegetables. At the property, you’ll also find a paddling pool, volleyball court, bicycles, a trampoline, table tennis as well as other equipment to make the most of its peaceful green location full of sunshine. In the garden, there is a big brick grill ideal for preparing large meals.
Inside, the 2-level holiday house is suitable for up to 6 guests and is fully handmade with wood and sustainable materials. At the ground level of the house, there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a completely carefree self-catering holiday. From there you can access the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a library area.

Moreover, the location of the property is not far from the baroque city of Varaždin (less than 30 minutes drive) and the capital city of Zagreb (less than a 1-hour drive).
On the first of April, you can enjoy a big celebration in the village of Ludbreg, where you can delight in music, regional treats and a fountain with wine flowing from it!
