Enjoy our modern, beautiful tiny home nestled in nature with giant windows, a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and accessible outdoor areas. There is a lawn to enjoy, a romantic string-lit fire pit, and in the summer, enjoy the beautiful pool.
Inside the Tiny Home
Just because you're staying in a tiny home does not mean you have to compromise on comfort! The spacious 275 sq. ft. tiny home offers cozy lofts with memory foam beds, A/C, heating, a full kitchen and bathroom, a desk, and a comfy couch. We now have Wi-Fi! The couch may be used as a pull-out couch. Please bring extra pillows and linens if you plan to use the couch, as these are not provided.
The Off-Grid Toilet
The bathroom features an off-grid, composting toilet with a cartridge. It is easy to use and we provide instructions! Please note: you will need to dump out your own liquid waste!
The Property
The tiny home is privately nestled on 7 acres. There is a main house about 75 yards away, and you will have access to the shared pool (with a diving board!). We have an outdoor fire pit area that comes complete with skewers, a grill cover, and firewood. A picnic table is also right outside the tiny home for your use. Last but not least, there is a lawn area that is perfect for a picnic or kicking around a soccer ball.
This listing includes:
- All linens and pillows for both beds (king and twin).
- Hammock that you can hang anywhere.
- Outdoor dining and lounging furniture with a fire pit. One bundle of firewood is included*.
- A living area with a couch and a Bluetooth speaker.
- A modern, stainless-steel kitchen that includes a full sink, gas stove and oven, and a full fridge. I have basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, and basic cooking supplies. There is also a coffee pour over, kettle, local coffee grounds and coffee filters for your use. I have all basic silverware and dishes too.
- A full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and a composting toilet. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.
*You can purchase more bundles of firewood for $8/each. One bundle is 8 pieces. Please arrange this with me ahead of time.
About 5 minutes away is Southern Belle Farm (pumpkin patch, U-Pick berries, year-round festivals, and more!), and there are many hiking/outdoor experiences close by (Rockdale River Trail - 20 minutes; Arabia Mountain - 28 minutes). We are also located about 45 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.

A: Dogs are welcome for a $30 pet fee. Please ensure they are included in your reservation, and they must be leashed at all times, as there are other animals on the property (one cat and two dogs).

A: Checkout is at 10:00 a.m however, if you’d like to extend your checkout time, we offer a $20 late checkout.
