Hastings by the Bay is a newly renovated, spacious, well equipped family home, located on the Promenade overlooking the foreshore across to the Western Port Marina.
This beach house is perfect for families, with Pelican Park Recreation Centre at the end of the street featuring a heated pool, spa, gym and kiosk. Next door, on the waterfront, is the the Pelican Pantry Cafe, with indoor/outdoor dining overlooking the bay and Hastings Jetty where pelicans gather. It is also a popular spot for fishing and boating. Only a short stroll away is a lovely children's playground with picnic area with BBQs, and the main street with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops to explore. The popular Moonlit Wildlife Sanctuary is about a 10 minute drive and well worth a visit.

Relax in your peaceful surrounds, with shady trees and views across the reserve to the Marina. This house is a great entertainer for the whole family featuring a newly renovated and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and more, indoor/outdoor dining options with BBQ facilities, evaporative cooling throughout, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with indoor spa bath). The large living area features a log fireplace for the cooler days, and a huge comfy sofa and Smart TV with Netflix, where you can enjoy some quiet time after a fun day at the beach, fishing or exploring the local surrounds. Everyone will enjoy the huge grassed rear garden and the games room with pool table!
