Beautiful art and accessories from the south west, native American, colonial Mexican with a mixture of contemporary invites you in as you experience a home rich in architectural appointments, craftsmanship and quality, thoughtfully created by a professional interior designer. Each room boasts its own special details and personality. There is not one area that has not received a special touch.
The main living level has three different living areas, one for lounging or gathering with a flat screen TV, the other with a piano at its heart for those who like to play piano, gather or just read a book and the third, an intimate area for lounging or playing a game of chess.
This home sleeps six people on three different levels affording maximum privacy to all. Two spacious main suites have kiva wood burning fireplaces with sitting and lounging areas in each. The upper main bedroom has a bonus loft with another kiva fireplace and two places to work or lounge overlooking the beautiful Santo de Christo mountains. Each bedroom has its own private patio area to have a morning coffee or read a book in the quiet that surrounds you.
The upper main suite has a beautiful hand carved flag stone jacuzzi tub with views of the mountains.
Dining can be done either in doors in the warmth of a beautiful art appointed room with a two story ceiling of beautiful hand hewn beams or on the outside deck where one can sit and take in the breathtaking views and the sunsets that New Mexico is famous for.
Near this outdoor dining area is also a jacuzzi with the same beautiful views.
There is a separate structure that has a cozy and spacious living room with a state of the art 75” flat screen TV and seats 6 comfortably for movie watching.
If one plans to stay a while and needs a place to work remotely this sanctuary provides four separate work areas that one can set up a lap top on and get to work! Writing a book? Zooming with your work colleagues?
