The bedroom features a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
You'll find the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. We also provide fresh towels at no extra cost for your convenience.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a meal: the cooking plate, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine are all yours!
Your health and safety come first, so we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

Public transportation: We recommend travelling on foot, but if you're tired, the nearest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

## Notes
Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options, as well as where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
