In laid-back Azeitão, my home offers the perfect balance of small-town living with easy access to Setubal via winding country roads. Ideals for those looking for a break from the big city or enjoying golf with Quinta do Peru Golf & Country Club, less than 15 minutes away by car. The high concrete walls offer safety and privacy to enjoy outdoors near my home, with a large private pool and dedicated driveway.
The villa is spacious, minimally furnished, and filled with natural light. It is well-kept and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You can relax in the living room and catch up on your favourite TV shows. The large dining table lets you enjoy home-cooked meals, and the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen can meet all your culinary needs.
Up a flight of stairs with wide steps to make climbing easy for those with mobility difficulties. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a third room with two singles. All are lined with hotel-quality lines to ensure guests sleep well. The three bathrooms have the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. All are fitted with walk-in showers with waterfall heads.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
