Located on the 3rd floor, this vibrant apartment is ideal for a getaway in Porto. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as malls, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines.
The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four where you can dine with loved ones.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some yummy homemade meals. There is also a washing machine for your laundry needs.
There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Amarante is a municipality and municipal seat in northern Portugal's Tâmega e Sousa subregion. The population in 2011 was 56,264, in an area of 301.33 square kilometres. The city itself had a population of 11,261 in 2001. Amarante offers overwhelming scenery, breathtaking views, regional restaurants, shops and exciting landmarks. The town celebrates the Festivities every year in June to honour São Goncalo. This event attracts many visitors and preserves essential traditions. Visitors that come to Amarante will be very impressed by two imposing natural features: the river Tâmega and the Serra do Marão.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
