Our home is composed of:
- A living room with a comfy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. A dining table for 6 is at your disposal.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, microwave, and all the kitchenware you need.
- 4 bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed, 2 with double beds, and 1 with a twin bed. All beds will be made up with good quality linen to maximize comfort during your stay.
- 2 bathrooms
- Sitting area by the swimming pool
Fresh towels will be provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival.

Our house is located only a 4-minute walk to the villages Arneiro dos Marinheiros or a 5-minute drive to Fontanelas center and all its services, including its excellent restaurants!
It is also located 10 minute drive away from Magoito beach and ~10 km away from various other beaches (Praia Grande, Praia Pequena, Praia das Maçãs, Praia da Aguda, Azenhas do Mar, Praia da Adraga, Samarra, Vigia, S. Julião, Lizandro, Ericeira etc...).
## Transit
Closest public transport:
- A bus stop right at the doorstep. Bus number 441 and 444 that will bring you to Magoito and to Sintra (where you can take the train to Lisbon).
Guests can park their cars inside the property.
## Notes
Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
