It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The room has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting, and it offers access to a balcony to enjoy the views.
The two bedrooms have a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is an excellent location for exploring the area. The Parque Biológico de Gaia, Parque Botânico do Castelo, Moinho da Ponte Pedra, and Baloiço de Ferreirinha are all nearby attractions. Additionally, several restaurants and bars are in the area, including "o Neca da Venda" (takeaway), Restaurante Estrelas do Douro, and Churrasqueira S. Martinho.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
