For your convenience, the space is professionally cleaned and is located on the ground floor (please, take into consideration some noise could be heard), making it accessible for people with reduced mobility
Relax in the living room, which features a sofa bed and comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area has a warm ambience and lots of natural sunlight, brightening up the space and making it even more inviting.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a portable electric hob and a coffee machine.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Additionally, there are plenty of dining options nearby including Turangalila and Lolitos tapas y mas. With its great location, this address is the perfect base for exploring the area and all it offers.
This property is conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from Mislata station and a 10-minute walk from Mislata-Almassil station.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
