The property is on the 5th floor, equipped with lift access and a stairlift for people with reduced mobility.
The delightful living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a comfortable chair, a work desk, and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony with a stunning view over the river.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
On the upper floor, there is one ensuite bedroom with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and another bedroom is also a pleasant room with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

This charming property offers a front river view and is ideal for exploring the area. Guests can visit the iconic attractions of Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, and Torre dos Clérigos within walking distance. After sightseeing, guests can enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants such as Capa Negra II, Madureira's Campo Alegre, and Taberna Cais das Pedras. Whether you want to immerse yourself in the local culture or enjoy a relaxing evening by the river, this home is the perfect home base for your Porto adventure.
The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 20-minute drive. Additionally, guests can easily access the historical tram lime located right in front of the building that takes to the downtown area.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
