Weddings and Events:
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL AND EVENT FEE PAID. ANY GATHERING THAT INCLUDES MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE NOT ON THE RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED AN EVENT.
The Event Fee is for the use of the entire property for the day/night of the event. It is for the use of the facilities, utilities and grounds. This fee is non-refundable and based on the number of guests. The event fee does not include the refundable event security deposit of $1,000.00 payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure of the property unless any damage reported.
You would be responsible for purchasing event Insurance and all outside vendors/staff would be required to send us their Certificate of Liability Insurance for the day of the event prior to the event date. The website for the event insurance will be provided in the contract that would need to be signed.
NON-REFUNDABLE EVENT FEES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:
$500 - Up to 30 Guests NOT ON THE RESERVATION- Max 20 cars.
$30 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST UP TO 100- Max 40 cars.
We require a minimum of 2 nights stay in the home, and that would be a separate rental cost.
We work with wonderful vendors that come highly recommended that we can share from event planners, tent and rentals, caterers to photographers.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• We have a minimum age requirement of 30 y/o to be able to book the property.
• Upon booking, we require a photocopy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book.
• Check-in is between 4 pm and 9pm only.
• A $25 per person/night fee applies for each guest beyond 15.
• Prior authorization is needed for more than 5 visitors at one time who are not listed as guests.
• After midnight, any additional person will be considered an overnight guest unless previously approved.
• Music must be kept low and end by 8 pm outdoors; it should not carry beyond the front gate.
• To heat the pool, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Pool heating is $25/day.
PET POLICY
• Up to 2 pets allowed with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing any animals.
SECURITY
• Security cameras monitor the outdoor perimeter and driveways. If cameras are tampered with, we reserve the right to visit the property to fix the issue.
PARKING
• A maximum of 10 cars is allowed unless approved beforehand. RV parking is available upon request, with a fee if using a hookup.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
• Early arrivals or late departures depend on availability and come with a $50/hour fee. Please confirm with us ahead of time.
HOUSE RULES
• Treat this home like it’s your own. No loud noise or unauthorized gatherings. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm. No fireworks are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. There are no refunds or reschedules without travel insurance. For any concerns regarding potential cancellations or changes, including health issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
GUEST POLICY
• Unauthorized guests may lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Only the booked number of guests is permitted.
MUSIC & NOISE
• Outdoor music must be kept low and not extend beyond the property boundary. No music is allowed outside from 8 pm to 8 am. Disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund.
OUTSIDE VENDORS
• All external vendors must be approved prior to arrival and adhere to guest limits.
NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER
• Absolutely no confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property. If found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
• This is a smoke-free home. No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana, is allowed indoors.
