Featuring all brand new furniture, the 2-bedroom apartment is tastefully decorated in modern minimal design. It is 63sqm in size and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The apartment occupies the whole first floor of a two-storey building and shares an extensive private land plot of 1400sqm with one other apartment. The garden is divided in two though, so each apartment has private use of half the garden.
Each of the 2 bedrooms features a double bed. Both have windows offering beautiful views of the gardens and green surrounds. There is also a wardrobe.
The open-plan living room is fitted with a comfortable sofa and a 40’ flat screen TV. There is a large air-conditional unit which cools the whole apartment sufficiently if needed. We have found that due to the property’s countryside location and airy feel with light breeze in the evenings, no further air-conditioning is required. Electric fans can be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped an electric oven and cooktop, a large refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, espresso coffee maker, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation. There is also a dining table with chairs.
The open-plan kitchen – living room has access to a balcony with outdoor furniture, offering stunning views of the lush green environment.
The bathroom features a shower and washing machine.
