• We would ask you not to start any laundry with regard to the bedding. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and need to make sure all is cleaned.
• The bedrooms are upstairs. If you have mobility challenges, then this home is not a good fit. There are hangers in the closet for guests who stay longer.
• Late checkout will not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late checkout.
• The train tracks are across the street on the north side of Pebble Beach Drive and you will hear the Train often during the day and night.
• Two vacuums and cleaning supplies as needed.
